Exercise your rights over your data
Last updated
We need two things: the reference id that appears in your email or on the last screen of the test, and the email address we wrote to. That identifies you without making you create an account.
Send a request
Cannot find your reference id?
It is in the invitation email and on the last screen of the test.
If you do not have it, write to us from the same address we invited, and we will look it up: datos@matchaccuracy.eu
Losing a code takes none of your rights away.
How long we keep each thing
Even if you ask for nothing, everything we hold about you has an expiry date. This is the full table, with the period for each class of data and when the clock starts.
| Data | Period | Clock starts when |
|---|---|---|
| Session video and audio | 90 days | the session ends |
| Face comparison and its frames | 72 hours | the comparison is made |
| Answers, dossier and score | 24 months | the test is completed |
| CV handed over for this test | 24 months | the CV is handed over |
| CV kept for future processes | 24 months | the box is ticked, or renewed |
| Consent record | 3 years | it is accepted or declined |
| Expired or declined invitations | 30 days | it expires or is declined |
| Recruiter notifications | 12 months | the notification is issued |
| Invoices and account records | 6 years | the invoice is issued |
| Account audit trail | 4 years | the event is recorded |
| Access log | 24 months | the access is recorded |
| Delivered copy of the CV, with its mark | 24 hours | the stamped copy is handed over |
| Portrait shown in the interface | 24 months | the portrait is copied |
| Report capture | 30 days | the report is captured |
| Adjustment request | 30 days | the adjustment is requested |
| Invitation credit record | 24 months | the movement is recorded |
| Deliveries to the client’s system | 30 days | the delivery is attempted |
| Request to exercise your rights | 3 years | the request is received |
* Special category data (art. 9): your face. These have the shortest period.
These are the periods we apply; this table does not claim that the deletion of your class has already run. If you want it to run before it falls due, that is exactly what you ask for above.
What happens to each thing if you ask for erasure
Almost all of it goes. Two things the law requires us to keep, and one of them is the proof that we honoured this very request. Here is which, and why.
- Session video and audio: deleted when we process your request.
- Face comparison and its frames: deleted when we process your request.
- Answers, dossier and score: deleted when we process your request.
- CV handed over for this test: deleted when we process your request.
- CV kept for future processes: deleted when we process your request.
- Consent record: kept for 3 years. It is the proof of what you accepted before starting. Without it we could not show that everything we did with your data was lawful — including this erasure. It runs on its own clock, not on your request.
- Expired or declined invitations: deleted when we process your request.
- Delivered copy of the CV, with its mark: deleted when we process your request.
- Portrait shown in the interface: deleted when we process your request.
- Report capture: deleted when we process your request.
- Adjustment request: deleted when we process your request.
- Invitation credit record: deleted when we process your request.
- Request to exercise your rights: kept for 3 years. It is the record that you exercised this right. Deleting it would leave nothing to show that we answered you, starting with this very request. It runs on its own clock, not on your request.
Your CV in the talent pool
If you ticked the box while taking an assessment, your CV was stored for future openings. Here you can see what you authorised and when, and withdraw it.
